Design leader who builds teams, drives product, and gets into the code. 15+ years across gaming, enterprise, and AI. Products with 75M users. An AI platform built from zero.

How I think about design
Good design earns trust. That means understanding the business constraints, respecting the people using the product, and finding solutions that work for both. I focus on systems over screens, shared language, clear patterns, repeatable decisions. When the system is right, the team moves fast and the output stays consistent.
How I lead teams
I hire for ownership and taste. I give designers real problems, clear context, and room to figure it out. I set a high bar on the work but I invest in the people doing it. The best teams I've built weren't the ones where I had all the answers -- they were the ones where everyone felt safe to push back and trusted to deliver.

What's Next
I'm looking for a design leadership role where the problems are complex, the team is strong, and the work has real impact. I care most about environments where design has a seat at the table and the craft is taken seriously. If that sounds like your team, let's talk.
